PAYMENT

Full payment is due with registration.

  • Pay by Credit Card: You may fulfill your payment online using a credit card via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this safe, convenient service!

  • Pay by Check: You may fulfill your payment by mailing us a check as prompted by our online registration system, however, your registration will not be complete until the check is received.

  • Multiple Registrations: You must complete a separate on-line registration form, with a unique e-mail address, for each person that you register online.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds, less a $100 processing fee, will be issued to those who submit a written or verbal cancellation by July 12th, 2013. From July 13th to 31st, cancellations will be accepted less a $200 fee. NO refunds will be granted after August 1st, 2013 for any reason.


  For your convenience, you may fill out the ACA Waivers below and hand them in to us on Monday, August 13th 2012.
